Abstract

The invention discloses an acidic soil conditioner being strong in adsorption and containing silicon, calcium and potassium. The acidic soil conditioner is prepared from following raw materials: potassium feldspar, limestone, medical stone and an additive, sodium metasilicate. A preparation method comprises following steps: crushing the potassium feldspar and the limestone respectively through a crushing machine and uniformly mixing the potassium feldspar and the limestone and grinding the potassium feldspar and the limestone through a ball miller; (2) placing the fine mixed material in a disk-type pelletizer, and performing granulation with a sodium metasilicate solution being 30% in concentration as a binding agent; (3) drying wet granules after granulation in a drier for being dried and then sieving the dried granules through a vibrating screen; (4) feeding sieved granules to a calcining kiln to calcine the granules, cooling and jaw-breaking the granules, and mixing the granules with the medical stone in 100 meshes; and (5) grinding the mixture through the ball miller to form a fine powder to obtain the acidic soil conditioner being strong in adsorption and containing silicon, calcium and potassium. In the soil conditioner, a mutual effect among the raw materials is achieved, wherein the alkalinity of the limestone can enable pH value of soil to be adjusted and a requirement of different micro-scale elements during different growth periods of crops can be satisfied by the silicon, the calcium and the potassium. The soil conditioner has a long-period slowly-releasing function.
