A frequency-adjustable triangular wave generating device based on an optoelectronic oscillator comprises a light source, a polarization modulator, an optical coupler, a first polarization controller, a polarizer, a monomode optical fiber, a first photoelectric detector, a tunable narrow-band filter, a power amplifier, a second polarization controller, a polarization beam splitter, a tunable optical delay line, a polarization beam combiner and a second photoelectric detector, and the polarization modulator, the optical coupler, the first polarization controller, the polarizer, the monomode optical fiber, the first photoelectric detector, the tunable narrow-band filter, the power amplifier, the second polarization controller, the polarization beam splitter, the tunable optical delay line, the polarization beam combiner and the second photoelectric detector are connected with the light source in sequence.
