The cistanche salsa volatile oil composition disclosed by the invention is safe, reliable, and free of adverse reaction such as poisoning and irritability in the using process; the emollient cosmetic provided by the invention is capable of preventing moisture of skin from losing, and improving the moisture-retaining capacity of the skin, and has good efficacy on nursing of skin, especially dry skin.
