Abstract

The presoaking composite material is prepared by soaking a polyester film polyester fiber nonwoven fabric flexible composite material with a heat-resistant resin presoaking solution and then drying, wherein the heat-resistant resin presoaking solution is prepared from epoxy linear phenolic resin, phosphating epoxy resin, multifunctional aromatic polyester, copolymer, a catalyst and a solvent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking the polyester film polyester fiber nonwoven fabric flexible composite material in heat-resistant resin, baking at the temperature of 130-150 DEG C, and then rolling. Compared with a traditional presoaking composite material, the presoaking composite material is low in curing temperature and short in curing time, and a cured product has excellent electrical performance, adhesive property, heat resistance and fire resistance; the presoaking composite material can meet the requirement of F-level insulation.
