The soil improved organic fertilizer comprises the raw materials in parts by weight: 250-300 parts of dry cow dung, 50-70 parts of edible mushroom residues, 20-25 parts of sawing wood ash and 5-15 parts of bacillus subtilis fermentation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the raw materials of the dry cow dung; (2) preparing the dry cow dung; (3) preparing the edible mushroom residues; (4) preparing the sawing wood ash; (5) preparing the bacillus subtilis fermentation; and (6) mixing and drying all raw materials.
