Abstract

The invention discloses an alkaline chemical polishing method and an adopted alkaline chemical polishing solution thereof. The method comprises the steps that aluminum and/or aluminum alloy is put in absolute ethyl alcohol to conduct pretreatment, and then deionized water is utilized to wash the aluminum and/or the aluminum alloy cleanly; the pretreated aluminum and/or the pretreated aluminum alloy is put in the alkaline chemical polishing solution to conduct alkaline chemical polishing; the polished aluminum and/or the polished aluminum alloy is sequentially put in dilute nitric acid to be neutralized and put in the deionized water to conduct ultrasonic cleaning for 5-15 min, and then the treated aluminum and/or the treated aluminum alloy is taken out and dried. The alkaline chemical polishing solution is an aqueous solution composed of the following components, 100-500 g/L sodium hydroxide, 50-200 g/L sodium nitrate, 100-500 g/L sodium acetate, 10-150 g/L sodium bromate, 5-20 g/L sodium fluoride and 0.1-4 g/L heavy-metal sulfate.
