The feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 18-26 parts of soya bean meal, 12-20 parts of cottonseed meal, 6-10 parts of blood meal, 4-8 parts of fish meal, 7-15 parts of wheat, 9-17 parts of sweat potato flour, 0.30-1.10 parts of green tea powder, and 0.30-1.10 parts of black tea powder. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing treatment, secondary mixing treatment and preparation of a finished product. The green tea powder and the black tea powder in the feed are residual tea powder after tea processing; furthermore, the other ingredients are easy to obtain and low in price; the ingredients exert respective effects, while the feed can further exert effects of improving the disease resistance of the grass carp, reducing a fat content in a liver of the grass carp and accelerating grass carp growth; and the feed is excellent feed for the grass carp.
