Abstract

The medicament is prepared by the following bulk drugs by weight: 2-5 parts of root of kudzu vine, 1-4 parts of cimicifuga foetida, 1-3 parts of asarum, 1-2 parts of cassia twig, 4-7 parts of Ligusticum wallichii, 2-5 parts of radix sileris, 7-10 parts of Herba schizonepetae, 7-10 parts of cortex moutan, 8-12 parts of Flos Sophorae, 5-7 parts of Radix Angelicae dahuricae and 2-5 parts of licorice. The invention verifies 110 cases of patients with pulpitis, and all patients are in line with the diagnostic criteria of pulpitis. After diagnosis, the patients are divided into two groups; a treatment group (54 cases) comprises 26 cases of male patients and 28 cases of female patients at the age of 30-59, with course of disease for 1-2 years; a control group ( 56 cases ) comprises 29 cases of male patients and 27 cases of female patients at the age of 32-61, with course of disease for 1-2 years.
