The invention provides a method for applying reclaimed water obtained after deep treatment of up-to-standard discharged wastewater of an automobile factory to cooling water replenishing. According to the method, the reclaimed water is used for replenishing water to an open type water dispersion cooling tower by virtue of a water replenishing pipe, and during water replenishing, the method adopts the following steps to control the reclaimed water replenishing process: (1) when the water replenishing quantity reaches a set value, stopping replenishing water, and when an online detector measures that the parameters of the reclaimed water exceed a standard, stopping replenishing water, wherein the parameters comprise the water quantity, the pH value, the conductivity, the residual chlorine and the turbidity; (2) controlling the concentration multiple of cooling water to be 2-4; and (3) adding a compound scale inhibitor, a corrosion inhibitor and a bactericide. The method provided by the invention is used for treating various industrial wastewater discharged by the automobile factory and domestic sewage, and then performing deep treatment on the wastewater and the sewage, and the treated water is used for replenishing circulating cooling water of the automobile factory to achieve the aims of energy conservation and emission reduction; and the existing cooling water daily replenishing treatment process is improved by virtue of the process to ensure that after replenishing by adopting the reclaimed water, a cooling water system still can be operated normally.
