Abstract

The invention discloses a member for forming a free liquid surface of a spallation target part in a topspin-type liquid no-window neutron, wherein the member is used in an accelerator drive subcritical system. Some members for forming the free liquid surface in the prior art employ the topspin design and generate a stable free liquid surface, but liquid metal is difficult to discharge stably at discharge segments of the members and there is heat transfer deterioration caused by the formation of a vortex stagnation region. The member comprises a discharge segment, and the discharge segment can enable the liquid metal to be discharges from the target part stably, cannot cause dripping and cannot affect the stability of the free liquid surface. The member comprises an impeller, wherein a core shaft of the impeller is provided with a through hole. The diameter of the core shaft is smaller, thereby effectively preventing the vortex stagnation region from being generated. The deflection angle of an impeller blade in the member is smaller, and the member can reduce the pressure drop of the target part along with the through hole of the core shaft. Generally speaking, the member is better in thermal transfer capability, is lower in research and development and manufacture difficulty, and more easily meets the requirements of industrial application.
