According to the technical scheme, the adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0-50 parts of butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, 0-50 parts of butadiene styrene rubber, 25-75 parts of reinforcing fillers, 0.5-5 parts of a vulcanizing agent, 0.2-5 parts of a vulcanizing accelerator, 2-10 parts of a vulcanizing activator, 0.5-2.5 parts of a coupling agent, 5-25 parts of a plasticizer, 1-5 parts of an anti-aging agent and 5-50 parts of a flame retardant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) plastifying; and (2) mixing.
