The whole operation is performed in the reduction environment, NOx can be effectively prevented from generating, the disturbance of the materials in the whole bed is high, and the whole gas output and the factor of created gas are stable. Waste liquid and ash output by a pyrolysis and gasification bed can be fully combusted and burned out through the fuel gas output by the pyrolysis and gasification bed, so that carbon residue in the ash can be further reduced, and the waste liquid can be thoroughly eliminated.
