High-gain long-distance ultrahigh-frequency vehicle-mounted RFID tag antenna and installation accessory therefor

An RFID tag and ultra-high frequency technology, which is applied in the field of high-gain long-distance ultra-high frequency vehicle-mounted RFID tag antenna and its installation accessories, can solve the problem of not being able to match the diverse requirements of readers well, and not satisfying customers' requirements for tag antenna installation. In order to achieve the effects of long-distance reading, good working characteristics, and reduced size, the location needs to be individualized, and the UHF RFID frequency band cannot be covered.

Embodiment 1

[0035] see figure 1 , the high-gain long-distance UHF vehicle-mounted RFID tag antenna consists of two layers of metal patch A and flexible thin layer B from top to bottom, wherein metal patch A contains tree-shaped branches A m , rectangular ring A f , parasitic structure A p and the closed structure A o constitute, characterized in that:

[0036] 1) The tree branch A m It is a tree-shaped branch structure with symmetrical ends. Tree branch structure A m The branches of are perpendicular to each other, and the width is constant;

[0037] 2) The rectangular ring A f with the tree branch A m The trunks of the two are parallel, and the two are coupled through the gap. Rectangular Ring A f Load the RFID tag chip in the center of the lower end;

[0038] 3) The tree branch A m There is a parasitic structure A above the trunk p . The parasitic structure A p It is in the shape of a "pyramid", with one or several "pentagram" structures at its top;

[0039] 4) The rect...

Embodiment 2

[0042] This embodiment is basically the same as Embodiment 1, and the special features are as follows:

[0043] 1) According to the principle of the fractal structure antenna, the smaller the angle of the tree branch structure is, the larger the bandwidth of the antenna will be, but the size of the antenna will be increased. Therefore, the tree branch structure A m The angle between each branch can be adjusted appropriately according to specific requirements;

[0044] 2) "Pentagram" can also be in other shapes.

[0045] like figure 2 As shown, the antenna is pasted on the front windshield of the car. Figure 3~4 The working performance of the antenna is shown as the return loss of the antenna and the pattern at two frequencies of 865 MHz and 915 MHz, respectively. The gain of the antenna in front of the vehicle is as high as 6.5dBi, and the maximum reading distance reaches more than 40 meters, which meets the gain and reading distance requirements of the vehicle-mou...

Embodiment 3

[0047] This embodiment is basically the same as Embodiment 1, and the special features are as follows:

[0048] The antenna is pasted on the top air window of the car.

Abstract

The invention relates to a high-gain long-distance ultrahigh-frequency vehicle-mounted RFID tag antenna. The antenna consists of a metal patch and a flexible thin layer, wherein the metal patch comprises a tree-shaped branch, a rectangular ring, a parasitic structure, and a closed structure. The tag antenna comprises is low in profile, is small in size and is deformable. The tag antenna can be disposed at different positions of a vehicle, such as a windscreen, a vehicle transom window, and a vehicle chassis. The tag antenna not only meets an RFID engineering standard (S<11> is less than -3dB) within the complete ultrahigh-frequency RFID wave band (860MHz-960MHz), but also meets an RFID engineering excellent index (S<11> is less than -10dB) within a wider band width (886MHz-931MHz). The gain of the tag antenna reaches 12.8 dBi, the gain of a right front side of vehicle running reaches 6.5 dBi, and the maximum reading distance can reach 40 meters or more. The tag antenna is high in flexibility, and is high in universality. The tag antenna especially meets the requirements of all-weather operation in a vehicle management system, and is wide in application range.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a high-gain long-distance ultra-high frequency vehicle-mounted RFID tag antenna and its installation accessories. Background technique [0002] With the continuous increase of application requirements such as non-stop charging system and vehicle management, the radio frequency identification system for motor vehicles has received more and more attention. As a key link of radio frequency identification technology, higher and higher requirements are put forward for the RFID tag antenna, and the gain of the RFID tag antenna is of great significance to the reading and writing distance. The gain of the current vehicle-mounted RFID tag antenna is generally 1.5dBi~2.0dBi, and the maximum reading distance does not exceed 15m. [0003] In addition, the current vehicle-mounted RFID tag antenna can generally only be attached to the front windshield of the vehicle. This single installation method not only cannot meet the individual needs...
