Abstract

The invention discloses complex coal and a preparing method thereof. The complex coal comprises, by weight, 50 parts to 80 parts of lignin, 5 parts to 25 parts of straw, 70 parts to 90 parts of blind coal, 1 part to 3 parts of catalysts, 150 parts to 200 parts of brown coal and 30 parts to 40 parts of coke powder. The catalysts comprise 30% to 40% of steel slag and 60% to 70% of magnesium slag. In the preparing process, soft coal is pressed and isolated from air to obtain the coke powder through high-temperature retorting; the lignin, the straw, the blind coal, the catalysts and the brown coal are respectively smashed; after the coke powder is evenly mixed with the smashed lignin, the smashed straw, the smashed blind coal, the smashed catalysts and the smashed brown coal, the mixture is pressed through a forming machine to form the complex coal. As the complex coal is prepared by the renewable resources including the lignin and the straw and the non-renewable resources including the brown coal, the blind coal and the coke powder, the using ratio of the non-renewable resources is reduced, and the using ratio of the straw and the using ratio of the lignin are increased; as the straw further has the effect of improving strength, the burning efficiency of the coal is improved, and the contamination to the environment is reduced.
