Abstract

The invention discloses a treatment method for wastewater in a low-temperature region by using an ultrasonic membrane assembly, and a device thereof. The method in the invention adopts mutual combination of ultrasonic treatment and a membrane reactor for treating the wastewater. The method comprises the following steps: introducing the wastewater into a microorganism-filled membrane pool and carrying out microbiological treatment, then intermittently aerating the membrane pool from the bottom part of the membrane pool via an air blower so as to form shortcut denitrification, and discharging the treated wastewater through lifting by a water pump; subjecting the membrane assembly in the membrane pool to air-water backwashing via the air blower and a backwashing pump when wastewater outlet rate is not up to standard; carrying out ultrasonic radiation through opening of an ultrasonic generator in operation process so as to reduce membrane pollution; and real-timely detecting pH and ORP values of the wastewater, and timely adjusting the pH and ORP values in a normal range through adjustment of the air blower and the backwashing pump. The treatment method provided by the invention employs ultrasonic wave to reinforce the treatment effects of the treatment membrane bioreactor at the same time. Meanwhile, ultrasonic treatment can improve activity of enzyme and is favorable for growth of microorganisms at the same time, thereby reinforcing degration efficiency of the microorganisms to pollutants.
