Abstract

The invention aims at providing a polyvinyl chloride single-wall corrugated pipe used for buildings. The polyvinyl chloride single-wall corrugated pipe is composed of, by weight, 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 2-20 parts of light calcium carbonate, 2-6 parts of heat stabilizer, 1-8 parts of impact modifier, 0.3-3 parts of processing agents, 0-3 parts of lubricant, 2-12 parts of additive flame retardant and 0.1-3 parts of pigment. The additive flame retardant is composed of two types of fire retardant including zinc borate and ammonium octamolybdate according to the mass ratio of 1-7 to 1-5. The average particle size of zinc borate is smaller than or equal to 5 micrometers. The average particle size of ammonium octamolybdate is smaller than or equal to 2 micrometers. The excellent flame retardant and smoke suppression performance can be achieved by only adding a small amount of fire retardant, and the influences on mechanical performance such as impact resistance of the polyvinyl chloride single-wall corrugated pipe are small.
