Abstract

Moreover, half life of the enzyme is obviously prolonged after embedding of the bile salt-stimulated enzyme in the formula powder of the invention. Heat-resisting temperature of the formula powder is also notably raised, so that storage stability of the formula powder is greatly improved; thus, shelf life of the formula powder is beneficially prolonged.
