The invention discloses a
probiotic dietary fiber composite composition for
body weight management and a preparation method thereof in the field of
functional food. The composition comprises a composite
system composed of probiotics, prebiotics, a
dietary fiber matrix and two special inorganic modified carriers. The two carriers are respectively a
mesoporous silica magnesium-aluminum layered double
hydroxide hybrid nano-carrier and a
zinc-doped
calcium phosphate silica core-shell nano-particle. During preparation, firstly, the probiotics are loaded on the
hybrid nano-carrier and protected, then the
hybrid nano-carrier, the core-shell nanoparticles, fructo-
oligosaccharide and other components are compounded into a
gel matrix constructed by
cellulose nanofibers and
carrageenan together, and a final product is obtained through homogenization and
freeze drying. Through the synergistic effect of the two carriers, the targeted
survival rate of the probiotics in the intestinal tract is remarkably improved, and the multiple effects of adsorbing
grease, delaying
glycolipid absorption and adjusting intestinal
flora are achieved at the same time, so that safe and effective
weight management is achieved.
