Problems solved by technology

Most of the biochar is produced from farmland waste. At present, the farmland waste used to produce biochar is mainly crop stalks, corn cobs, peanut husks, rice husks, etc. There is still a shortage of tobacco waste used for biochar production. Related research

Embodiment 1

[0028] A treatment process for producing biochar from tobacco waste, the specific process steps are as follows:

[0029] (1) Collect the waste generated during the planting and growth of tobacco such as low-end tobacco leaves, fireworks, and tobacco forks, and then dry them naturally to reduce the moisture content to 15%;

[0030] (2) Pulverize the dried tobacco waste; the particle size of the pulverized tobacco waste is 3mm

[0031] (3) Mix the pulverized tobacco waste with water, the mixing ratio of tobacco waste and water is 1kg:8L, and then import it into a hydrothermal reaction kettle for hydrothermal carbonization reaction. Carbonization time is 5 hours;

[0032] (4) Cool the mixture after the hydrothermal carbonization reaction to normal temperature, and then send it to a solid-liquid separator for solid-liquid separation. The separated solid substance is biochar;

[0033] (5) Dry the biochar and store it. After drying, the moisture content of the biochar is 10%, and ...

Embodiment 2

[0035] A treatment process for producing biochar from tobacco waste, the specific process steps are as follows:

[0036] (1) Collect the remaining tobacco stems after harvesting the tobacco leaves, remove the residual roots and wash the soil to dry naturally to reduce the water content to 10%;

[0037] (2) The dried tobacco rods are crushed by a straw grinder; the particle size of the crushed tobacco rods is 6mm

[0038] (3) Mix the pulverized tobacco waste with water, the mixing ratio of tobacco waste and water is 1kg:16L, and then import it into a hydrothermal reaction kettle for hydrothermal carbonization reaction. Carbonization time is 10 hours;

[0039] (4) Cool the mixture after the hydrothermal carbonization reaction to normal temperature, and then send it to a solid-liquid separator for solid-liquid separation. The separated solid substance is biochar;

[0040] (5) Dry the biochar and store it. After drying, the moisture content of the biochar is 10%, and the product...

Embodiment 3

[0042] A treatment process for producing biochar from tobacco waste, the specific process steps are as follows:

[0043] (1) Collect the remaining tobacco stems after the tobacco leaves are roasted and separated from shredded tobacco. Since the tobacco stems are roasted, their moisture content is less than 10%;

[0044] (2) Pulverize the collected tobacco stems; the particle size of the pulverized tobacco stems is 4mm

[0045] (3) Mix the pulverized tobacco waste with water, the mixing ratio of tobacco waste and water is 1kg:10L, and then import it into a hydrothermal reaction kettle for hydrothermal carbonization reaction. The carbonization time is 8 hours;

[0046] (4) Cool the mixture after the hydrothermal carbonization reaction to normal temperature, and then send it to a solid-liquid separator for solid-liquid separation. The separated solid substance is biochar;

[0047] (5) Dry the biochar and store it. After drying, the moisture content of the biochar is 10%, and th...

Abstract

The invention relates to a novel treatment method used for producing biochar from tobacco waste. According to the treatment method, tobacco waste is taken as a raw material; and tobacco waste is transformed into biochar via hydrothermal reaction; biochar can be obtained without combustion low-temperature pyrolysis in an anaerobic or oxygen-free environment; and compared with production of biochar via low-temperature pyrolysis in the anaerobic or oxygen-free environment, utilization ratio of tobacco waste is increased effectively, biochar yield is high, no smoke is discharged, no environmental pollution is caused, and energy conservation and emission reduction are realized.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco waste recovery and reuse, and in particular relates to a treatment process for producing biochar by using tobacco waste. Background technique: [0002] For a long time, in the process of planting and producing tobacco leaves in my country, the low-leg leaves, fireworks and cigarette forks produced in the tobacco fields have been used to discarding them in the fields, fields or river ditches. The degraded substances after the rotten leaves spread with the water flow, which not only wastes resources but also pollutes the environment. Tobacco field environment, and it is easy to breed diseases and insect pests. As the tobacco industry pays attention to the hygiene of basic tobacco fields and the requirements for planned planting in recent years, tobacco companies around the world have set up waste collection pools or incinerators around tobacco fields, but except for a few concentrated display area...
