Through a conventional matrix embedding technology, the medicines are directly dispersed in a skeleton formed by a polymer material, so that a release rate is reduced. As the preparation is taken, the fluctuation amplitude of plasma concentration is relatively low and the peak-valley phenomenon of the plasma concentration is gentle compared with a tablet; and the pharmaceutical composition is low in cost of crude medicines, low in processing cost and high in safety.
