Problems solved by technology

Special mercury removal technologies commonly used at home and abroad include Boliden-Norzink method, potassium iodide method, etc., but these methods have poor stability of mercury removal efficiency, high cost of mercury removal, and high requirements for mercury content in flue gas
Chinese patent (CN103111182A) proposes a lime solution containing sodium hypochlorite to oxidize and absorb mercury, but it is difficult to overcome the high content of SO 2 Impact

Embodiment 1

[0044] The temperature of the flue gas used in this implementation is 45°C, and the main component content (volume) of the flue gas: SO 2 4%, O 2 5%, Hg 2+ 2mg / Nm 3 , Hg 0 300μg / Nm 3 , and the rest are N 2 . Thiourea washing liquid composition: the content of thiourea is 0.2mol / L, 0.4mol / L, 0.6mol / L respectively, the content of sulfuric acid is H 2 SO 4 0.02mol / L, Fe 3+ The content is 0.01mol / L. The mercury-containing flue gas was passed into a thiourea scrubbing solution with a volume of 500 mL to simulate the flue gas scrubbing process. After washing, the removal effect of mercury in the flue gas is as follows: figure 2 shown. from figure 2 It can be seen that with the increase of thiourea content, the mercury removal efficiency increases, and the mercury removal efficiency is above 97%. When the mercury content in the solution reaches 5g / L, add Na 2 S, so that its content is 1.2g / L, the concentration of mercury in the solution after purification is reduced t...

Abstract

The invention disclose a washing liquid for eluting mercury in mercury-containing flue gas and a method for recovering mercury form mercury-containing flue gas. The washing liquid is a sulfuric acid solution containing thiourea and trivalent iron ions, and is especially suitable for removing mercury from smelting flue gas with a high content of sulfur dioxide. The mercury recovery method comprises the following steps: introducing mercury-containing flue gas into a washing reactor to fully contact the washing liquid, which flows in an opposite direction, wherein during the process the elemental mercury and oxidation-state mercury in the flue gas are purified and absorbed, then using a sulfurized salt precipitant to recover mercury form the washing liquid, and returning the washing liquid to the washing tower. The method can well remove mercury from flue gas, the recovery efficiency is high, and the comprehensive recovery rate of mercury from flue gas can reach 95% or more.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a washing solution for elution of mercury in mercury-containing flue gas and a method for recovering mercury from mercury-containing flue gas, belonging to the technical field of pyrometallurgical flue gas treatment. Background technique [0002] Mercury, as a harmful heavy metal pollutant, is attracting more and more attention. At present, my country has joined the global Minamata Convention on Mercury. The non-ferrous metal smelting industry is the main source of atmospheric mercury emissions in my country. The "Lead and Zinc Smelting Air Pollutant Emission Standards" issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection clearly stipulates that mercury emissions should not exceed 0.05mg / Nm 3 , which puts forward strict requirements on mercury removal from smelting flue gas. [0003] Generally, the total mercury in smelting flue gas has three forms: elemental mercury, oxidized mercury and particulate mercury. For the existing s...
