The foamed ceramic is formed by sintering waste ceramic, porcelain clay and assistants at 1100 DEG C through the phase change principle, has good characteristics of thermal insulation, ageing resistance, freeze-thawing resistance, light weight, no combustion and the like, is easy to process and has service life the same with that of a building; and the foamed ceramic and the aluminum veneer are formed by gluing to be pasted on the internal wall or external wall of the building to achieve the effect the same as that of the traditional metal curtain wall.
