Problems solved by technology

This type of method is simple and easy to operate, but the antibacterial stability is relatively poor, and the resistance drops significantly after several times of washing with water (Liu, H.J., Tang, X.S., and Liu, Q.S. 677)
Although the plant fiber itself has certain antibacterial properties, it is not enough to meet the application requirements in antibacterial and sterilizing aspects.

Embodiment 1

[0019] Embodiment 1 prepares the antibacterial fiber of loading nano-silver:

[0020] 1) Preparation of bamboo fiber:

[0021] The bamboo chips are pulverized with a knife pulverizer, and after pulverization, the bamboo powder is pretreated with an alkali method to obtain raw bamboo fibers with high fiber content, dried, pulverized, and then passed through an 80-mesh sieve.

[0022] 2) Preparation of nano-silver antibacterial plant fiber:

[0023] The bamboo fiber obtained in step 1) is reacted with 4% sodium periodate solution at a mass ratio of 1:60 in a dark place at room temperature at 25° C. for 0 to 30 minutes. Subsequently, the aldehyde-containing fiber is filtered and washed, and dried at 50°C. Add 27% concentrated ammonia water dropwise to 0.1%, 0.5%, and 1% silver nitrate solutions with mass concentration respectively under continuous stirring until the precipitation just disappears to obtain 3 different concentrations of silver ammonia solutions. Weigh 1 part of ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of nanosilver-supported antibiotic fibers, and relates to the nanosilver-supported antibiotic fibers. The method comprises the following steps: 1, crushing vegetable fibers, and sieving the crushed vegetable fibers to obtain vegetable fiber powder; 2, dissolving an oxidant in water to prepare an oxidant solution, mixing the oxidant solution with the vegetable fiber powder, carrying out a reaction in a dark place, filtering the obtained reaction product, washing the filtered reaction product, and drying the washed reaction product to obtain oxidized vegetable fibers; and 3, reacting the oxidized vegetable fibers with a micro-emulsion prepared from a silver-ammonia, filtering the obtained product, and drying the filtered product to obtain the nanosilver-supported antibiotic fibers. The oxidant reacts with the vegetable fibers to generate reducing aldehyde groups, and a silver mirror reaction is controlled through the reverse micro-emulsion to make silver be uniformly supported on the surfaces of the vegetable fibers. The antibiotic fibers obtained through the above micro-emulsion method have about 99.9% antibiosis characteristic, and also has good water washing stability, and the antibiosis property almost has no obvious change after being washed with water multiple times.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a nano-silver loaded antibacterial fiber, in particular to a preparation method of a nano-silver-loaded antibacterial fiber. Background technique [0002] With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people's requirements for clothing, food, housing and transportation are getting higher and higher. Consumers are developing from the initial pursuit of food and clothing to safety and health, and functional fibers have emerged as the times require. As early as the 1960s, silver sulfadiazine and silver nitrate began to be used to prevent or treat burn wounds (Jena, U.C.H. and Jena, P.E. Biofunctional Textiles and the Skin, Karger, Basel, 2006). According to the report released by the World Health Organization, there are still about 900 million people in the world who do not have access to clean and hygienic drinking water sources. Due to drinking unhygienic water, about 2.2 million people die of diarrhea, dysentery...
