Abstract
The invention particularly relates to a Schizophyllum strain and application thereof. The Schizophyllum strain is collected by General Microorganism Center of China Committee for Culture Collection of Microorganisms on November 24th, 2015, the collection number is CGMCC No.11604, and the collection name is Schizophyllum 15R-5-F01. The Schizophyllum strain provided by the invention is taken from the lignite bed from a 1923-deep marine bottom sediment in Pacific Ocean and prepared by carrying out separation and purification, and is a new strain after being identified. The comprehensive morphological identification and ribosomeRNA (ribonucleic acid) sequential analysis results indicate that the strain 15R-5-F01 is a Schizophyllum strain, and belongs to Schizophyllum, Agaricales and Basidiomycota. The Schizophyllum strain provided by the invention has very obvious coalpowderadsorption effect, and can be used for producing methane by using lignite as a raw material.
