Abstract

The invention relates to the field, in particular to a schizophyllum and its application. A kind of Schizophyllum, preserved in the General Microorganism Center of China Microbiological Culture Collection Management Committee on November 24, 2015, the preservation number is CGMCC NO.11604, and the preservation name is Schizophyllum (Schizophyllum) 15R‑5‑F01. The schizophyllum provided by the invention is obtained by separating and purifying from a lignite layer at a depth of 1923 meters in the Pacific seabed sediment, and is identified as a new bacterial strain. Based on the results of morphological identification and ribosomal RNA sequence analysis, the strain 15R‑5‑F01 was identified as Schizophyllum, belonging to Basidiomycota, Agaricales, and Schizophyllum genus. The schizophyllum provided by the invention has a very remarkable effect of adsorbing coal dust, and can also produce methane by using lignite as a raw material.
