Timely and accurate determination for the agricultural development condition can be realized. Problems such as insect disease and shriveling in agriculture are effectively prevented. Furthermore the intelligent control method can prevent problems and transmits each piece of monitored parameter information to monitoring personnel. Automatic control for an actuating mechanism according to each monitored parameter can be realized, and intelligence of the agricultural facility is improved.
