Abstract

The invention relates to a live-line tester for a lightning arrester, wherein the live-line tester is used for live testing of a lightning arrester of an intelligent transformer station. The live-line tester is connected with a lightning arrester that needs to be tested and has the 220-V power voltage in the transformer station. A voltage phase compensation module is embedded into the live-line tester. A signal collection system of the voltage phase compensation module collects a voltage signal of 220-V voltage and a current signal of the transformer station and inputs the signals into a signal conditioning system. The signal conditioning system enables the collected 220-V voltage signal and current signal to be processed by voltage compensation by a connected high-voltage coil and low-voltage coil and thus the voltage and current signals are compensated by the obtained phase consistent with the bus voltage; and the signals pass through a current sensor, an operational amplifier, a resistor, a capacitor, and an AD converter and are connected with a single-chip microcomputer. According to the invention, for live detection work of the lightning arrester, the PT voltage is not collected directly on the premise that detection reliability is ensured; and the accurate phase of the PT voltage is obtained by the 220-V voltage in the station. Therefore, the live testing work efficiency of the lightning arrester and the field equipment security operation stability are improved.
