Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of an environment-friendly type low viscosity phenolic impregnating resin, which includes following steps of: (1) preparing materials according to the following components and weight parts: 100 parts of phenol, 50-60 parts of paraformaldehyde, 8-12 parts of a catalyst, and 15-30 parts of an amine substance; (2) putting the phenol and the catalyst in a reaction vessel, and controlling the temperature of the reaction vessel to be 50-60 DEG C; (3) adding the paraformaldehyde into the reaction vessel, and maintaining the temperature of the reaction vessel constant during an addition process; and (4) maintaining the temperature of the reaction vessel between 65 and 75 DEG C and carrying out reaction for 2 hours, adding the amine substance, heating the reaction vessel to 85-95 DEG C and carrying out the reaction for 2 hours, then cooling the reaction vessel to a room temperature, and preparing and obtaining the environment-friendly type low viscosity phenolic impregnating resin.
