Abstract

The invention provides a culture method for chromium-resisting anaerobic ammonia oxidation granule sludge.The method comprises the steps that an up-flow type anaerobic sludge bed reactor is adopted, anaerobic ammonia oxidation granule sludge is adopted as an inoculating source, model wastewater containing ammonia nitrogen and nitrite is used as feed water, culture is performed on the condition that the anaerobic and light shielding environment is provided, the temperature is 35+/-1 DEG C, the feed water pH is 8.10+/-0.14 and the hydraulic retention time is 1.0-1.5 h till the nitrogen removal efficiency is stabilized to be 80% or above, then K2CrO4 is added into the feed water in the reactor for chromium-resisting culture, and culture of the chromium-resisting anaerobic ammonia oxidation granule sludge is finished.The chromium-resisting anaerobic ammonia oxidation granule sludge cultured through the method can maintain the high activity and nitrogen removal rate in the process of treating wastewater containing low-concentration chromium, can also remove low-concentration chromium in the wastewater, and is good in granule sludge character.
