Abstract

The invention discloses a drying-chamber heating system for a solar heat pump. The drying-chamber heating system comprises a solar evaporator device, a dehumidifying waste heat recovery device and a curing barn, wherein the curing barn consists of a drying chamber and a hot air chamber; the hot air chamber is divided into an air supply chamber, a condensation chamber and an air return chamber by partitions; the solar evaporator device is connected with the outer wall of the hot air chamber; evaporator components are arranged at the upper part of the solar evaporator device and consist of coil pipes and evaporation fins; the coil pipes are of multi-layer framework structures; the two sets of coil pipes are connected end to end to form a closed tower structure; the evaporation fins are of wavy sheet structures; the dehumidifying waste heat recovery device consists of a total heat exchanger, an air return channel, a dehumidification air channel, a moisture removal air channel and an axial-flow fan; and the total heat exchanger is arranged in a tank body of the solar evaporator device. The drying-chamber heating system can absorb solar energy and air heat energy in a multi-angle and multidimensional manner, is reasonable in structure and high in practicability and is energy-saving and environment-friendly, the heat-absorbing areas of the evaporation fins are effectively increased, and heat can be reutilized.
