casting ladle, the characteristics of pretreatment deoxidation of a
silicon-
calcium inoculant, graphitization of a
silicon-
strontium inoculant, long-acting
inoculation of silicon-
barium and the like are fully utilized, one-time bag burying
inoculation is achieved, and the production efficiency is improved. And insufficient
impact inoculation absorption is avoided, the appearance of carbides is effectively avoided, the
pearlite content is greatly reduced, and the comprehensive performance of the
casting is improved.
