Problems solved by technology

Food bags generally include plastic food bags and paper food bags. Plastic food bags are widely used because of their waterproof, high mechanical strength and light weight; but on the other hand, plastic food bags are easily deformed and damaged during the process of holding high-temperature food. And the additives in plastic food bags are easy to decompose and cause food pollution

preparation example Construction

[0009] The invention provides a method for preparing a moisture-proof food bag, comprising: 1) mixing polyethylene resin, phenolic resin, polyurethane, glass fiber, hydrotalcite, tricresyl phosphate and calcium stearate, and extruding after heat treatment 2) heating and coating the plastic granules on the surface of the paper layer to form a plastic covering layer to obtain a paper-plastic composite paper; 3) processing the paper-plastic composite paper into a moisture-proof food bag.

[0010] In the present invention, in order to improve the burst index of the prepared moisture-proof food bag, preferably the paper layer is kraft paper or graphite paper.

[0011] In the present invention, the molecular weight of polyvinyl resin, phenolic resin and polyurethane can be selected in a wide range, but in order to improve the burst index of the prepared moisture-proof food bag, preferably, the weight-average molecular weight of polyvinyl resin is 2- 50,000. The weight average molecu...

Embodiment 1

[0019] 1) At 30°C, polyethylene resin (weight average molecular weight is 50,000), phenolic resin (weight average molecular weight is 30,000), polyurethane (weight average molecular weight is 30,000), glass fiber, hydrotalcite, tricresyl phosphate Esters and calcium stearate (according to weight ratio 100:20:10:5:10:2:1) were mixed for 1 hour; then heat treated at 185°C for 6 hours; finally extruded at 185°C to obtain plastic granules;

[0020] 2) Heat the prepared plastic particles at 100°C for 1.5 hours and apply them on the surface of kraft paper to form a plastic covering layer to obtain paper-plastic composite paper;

[0021] 3) Processing the paper-plastic composite paper into a moisture-proof food bag A1.

Embodiment 2

[0023] 1) At 35°C, polyethylene resin (weight average molecular weight is 40,000), phenolic resin (weight average molecular weight is 20,000), polyurethane (weight average molecular weight is 20,000), glass fiber, hydrotalcite, tricresyl phosphate Esters and calcium stearate (according to weight ratio 100:25:15:10:15:4:3) were mixed for 1.5 hours; followed by heat treatment at 190°C for 5 hours; finally extruded at 195°C to obtain plastic granules;

[0024] 2) Heat the prepared plastic particles at 110°C for 1 hour and apply them on the surface of kraft paper to form a plastic covering layer to obtain paper-plastic composite paper;

[0025] 3) Process the paper-plastic composite paper into a moisture-proof food bag A2.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of moisture-resistant food bags. The preparation method includes: 1) mixing polyethylene resin, phenolic resin, polyurethane, glass fibers, hydrotalcite, tricresyl phosphate and calcium stearate, and performing thermal treatment and extrusion molding to obtain plastic particles; 2) heating the plastic particles, and coating to the surface of a paper layer to form a plastic coating to obtain paper-plastic composite paper; 3) processing the paper-plastic composite paper into the moisture-resistant food bags. The moisture-resistant food bags made according to the method are excellent in moisture resistance, capable of preventing moisture deterioration of food in the bags and high in burst index.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a food bag, in particular to a moisture-proof food bag and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Food bags are indispensable in people's daily life and bring great convenience to people in food storage and transportation. Food bags generally include plastic food bags and paper food bags. Plastic food bags are widely used because of their waterproof, high mechanical strength and light weight; but on the other hand, plastic food bags are easily deformed and damaged during the process of holding high-temperature food. And the additives in plastic food bags are easy to decompose and cause food pollution. Paper food bags, on the other hand, are prone to moisture absorption and moisture, which will affect the preservation of the food contained in them, and paper food bags have a low burst resistance index and are easily damaged. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to pro...
