With the raw materials, a multifunctional novel fertilizer with a water-retaining function, fertilizer effect and a soil-improving function is formed. The high-efficiency water-retaining blended fertilizer is safe and environment-friendly, and is nontoxic and odorless. The fertilizer does not pollute plants, soil, groundwater and the like. The fertilizer leaves no residue organic or inorganic harmful substance. The blended fertilizer is suitable for mechanical fertilization, and can be applied to various crops and soils. The blended fertilizer can repeatedly absorb and store fertilizer and water, and can slowly release the fertilizer and water during drought. With the blended fertilizer, crop drought resistance can be enhanced, and nutrient balance can be coordinated.
