Abstract

A method of preparing allium mongolicum total flavonoids and applications of the total flavonoids are disclosed. The method includes (1) drying allium mongolicum in the shade and crushing, (2) extracting with ultrasonic waves, (3) purifying with polyamide resin, eluting with ethanol and collecting an eluate, and (4) concentrating and drying to obtain the total flavonoids.
