Embodiment 1

[0030] The method for determining the type and content of phenolic antioxidants in edible oil by dispersion liquid-liquid microextraction-high performance liquid chromatography, the specific steps are as follows:

[0031] 1. Sample pretreatment process: dispersion liquid-liquid microextraction

[0032] Weigh 25 mg of the edible oil sample into a 2 mL centrifuge tube equipped with a screw cap. Then quickly add 0.5mL n-hexane dispersant to increase the fluidity of edible oil. After thorough mixing, quickly inject 0.5mL of acetonitrile extractant into the sample, then sonicate for 2min, and then centrifuge at 3000r / min for 2min. After centrifugation, transfer the extract phase into a sample vial.

[0033] 2. Analysis and determination of the retention time and content of each component in the extraction phase by high performance liquid chromatography

[0034] High performance liquid chromatography analysis conditions: the mobile phase is acetonitrile (A) and water (B) containi...

Abstract

A method of measuring varieties and contents of phenol antioxidants in edible oil by utilizing dispersive liquid liquid microextraction-high performance liquid chromatography is disclosed. The method includes 1) mixing the edible oil to be measured with a dispersing agent, adding an extractant, mixing and collecting an extract phase, and 2) measuring retention time and the content of each component in the extract phase by utilizing high performance liquid chromatography, comparing with retention time of phenol antioxidant standard substances and calculating the contents, thus obtaining the varieties and the contents of the phenol antioxidants in the edible oil. The method is characterized by being rapid, sensitive and low in organic solvent using, can measure the varieties and the contents of the phenol antioxidants in the edible oil by only detecting a small amount of an edible oil sample to be measured, and can be used for phenol antioxidant detection in a plurality of types of edible oil.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for determining the type and content of phenolic antioxidants in edible oil by dispersion liquid-liquid microextraction-high performance liquid chromatography, and belongs to the field of analytical chemistry. Background technique [0002] As a food additive, phenolic synthetic antioxidants have been widely used to prevent or delay the oxidative deterioration of oil during transportation and storage. Commonly used phenolic synthetic antioxidants in the world include propyl gallate (PG), tert-butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ), butyl hydroxyanisole (BHA), dodecyl gallate (DG), octyl gallate (OG) and 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT), which can be used alone or in combination. However, many studies have shown that these substances have certain toxicity and carcinogenic effects, and excessive intake is harmful to people's health. Therefore, the amount of synthetic antioxidants used in food is strictly controlled, and the li...
