Embodiment 1

[0032] Embodiment 1, the preparation that is used to control fruit postharvest disease

[0033] Adjust the concentration of Cryptococcus laurentis to 1 x 10 8 cells / mL, after sterilizing at 121°C for 20 minutes, the suspension of Cryptococcus laurentis inactivated bacteria was obtained.

[0034] Take 1L of Cryptococcus laurentis inactivated cell suspension, add sterile water to dilute. Until the resulting 1L preparation contains 1×109 ~1×10 10 A Cryptococcus laurentis inactivated bacterial cells, and the rest is water (sterile distilled water); a preparation for inducing fruit resistance and controlling diseases is obtained.

[0035] In order to prove the actual use effect of the preparation of the present invention, the inventor has carried out following experiments:

[0036] Experiment 1. Induction effect of inactivated yeast cells on pear fruit blue mold resistance

[0037] 1. Experimental materials:

[0038] The fruit is crystal pear.

[0039] Pathogen: Penicillium e...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation for controlling diseases by inducing fruit resistance. One liter of the preparation contains 1*10<9> to 1*10<10> cryptococcus laurentii inactivated thallus cells and the balance of water. The invention further provides a method for controlling the diseases by inducing the fruit resistance through utilizing the preparation; before fruits are boxed and stored, the fruits are pre-treated by any one of the following manners: a first pre-treatment manner: the fruits are put into the preparation for immersing and the fruits are put into a container after being drained and then are stored at a sealed state for 23 to 25 hours; a second pre-treatment manner: before the fruits are harvested, the preparation is sprayed on the surfaces of the fruits and then the fruits are put into the container and are stored at the sealed state for 23 to 25 hours; the pre-treated fruits are taken out from the container and then are boxed. With the adoption of the preparation and the method, disclosed by the invention, post-harvesting diseases of the fruits can be effectively controlled under the condition that chemical fungicides are not used.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of prevention and control of post-harvest fruit diseases, in particular to a biological fresh-keeping technology for suppressing post-harvest fruit diseases by inducing fruit resistance. Background technique [0002] The loss of fruit due to rot after harvest is very huge. According to the data, the annual fruit and vegetable rot in my country exceeds 80 million tons, causing economic losses of 100 billion yuan. The infection of pathogenic fungi is the main cause of postharvest fruit rot. The common pathogenic fungi mainly include Penicillum spp., Botrytis spp. and Alternaria spp., etc. [0003] At present, chemical fungicides are still the main measures to control postharvest diseases of fruits. Taking citrus as an example, the Chinese invention patent (application number 200910028802.2, citrus fresh-keeping agent) provides a variety of chemical fungicides that can control citrus diseases, including thioph...
