Harmonic waves, caused by interference signals, generated in electric signals output by the concentration sensor QW can be suppressed or eliminated, and the electric signals output by the concentration sensor QW are smoother and more accurate; signal processing accuracy is effectively guaranteed; and further, the high transient state of the voltage and the high transient state of the current can be adjusted, the drifting of the frequency point of the current is prevented, and the voltage and the current are kept stable.
