According to the capacitor, the porous substrate and the nanometer carbon material have high porousness and high specific surface areas, so the large-amount electrolyte can be absorbed, charge storage capacity of the capacitor can be effectively improved, moreover, the electrolyte composition can be effectively absorbed by the porous substrate on a surface of the porous substrate and the holes, a leakage problem of the capacitor can be avoided, the capacitor is simple to manufacture and can be manufactured without other complex equipment, and manufacturing cost is low.
