Abstract

The invention discloses yogurt capable of effectively improving an intestinal microenvironment. The yogurt capable of effectively improving the intestinal microenvironment is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 60 parts of raw milk, 1 to 10 parts of a yogurt leavening agent, 0.22 to 10 parts of probiotics, 5 to 20 parts of yacon, 1 to 8 parts of honey, 0 to 5 parts of green juice, 0 to 7 parts of coarse grain, and 0.2 to 5 parts of oligosaccharide or xylitol. The invention also provides a simple and feasible preparation method for the yogurt capable of effectively improving the intestinal microenvironment.
