Abstract

The invention discloses an aquaculture nutrition sustained release agent and a preparation method thereof. The problems of decrease of existing seawater pH values and culture environment deterioration are mainly to be solved. The preparation method includes subjecting oyster shells or/and scallop shells to cleaning pretreatment, crushing, calcinating, cooling, grinding to obtain activated shell powder, selecting the shell powder, adding magnesium oxide, trace elements, sodium alginate, chitosan, adhesives and an appropriate quantity of water into the shell powder, mixing evenly, forming, drying and sorting to obtain different grades of aquaculture nutrition sustained release agents. The aquaculture nutrition sustained release agent is capable of increasing seawater carbonate saturability effectively, increasing the shell calcification rate remarkably, improving fatness of the shells and culture water quality, promoting shell growth and increasing a water body pH value and the culture organism survival rate. The preparation method is reasonable in preparation technology, feasible to operate and easy to achieve large-scale production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the cultivation of fish, shellfish, etc., in particular to an aquaculture nutrient slow-release agent and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] As we all know, high-density seawater intensive aquaculture is very common. Long-term mariculture production activities have led to the accumulation of a large amount of organic debris in the bottom of the coastal waters. The content of harmful substances such as hydrogen sulfide in the bottom of these sea areas has increased, which seriously damages the benthic ecological environment and causes frequent diseases of the breeding objects. The deterioration of the ecological environment of aquaculture waters has become an important factor restricting the healthy development of the industry. In addition, human activities lead to accelerated emission of carbon dioxide, a large amount of which is absorbed by the ocean. Therefore, the average pH value of the global surf...
