Problems solved by technology

People know through research that the salt effect of monocarboxylates is stronger than that of NaCl, and polycarboxylic acids are stronger than monocarboxylates. If they are used instead of table salt and Yuanming powder, the amount of salt can be greatly reduced, but the price of these so-called substitute salts is the same at present. Table salt and Yuanmingfen are too expensive compared with each other, so they cannot be promoted and applied

Abstract

A dyeing accelerant for the printing and dyeing of a silk-cotton blended fabric is prepared from a montmorillonite powder, a saponin powder, guar gum, organic acid, an emulsifier and a dispersant. After the dyeing accelerant is added, there is no need to add anhydrous sodium sulphate, the amount of salts used in the printing and dyeing process is thus greatly reduced and the use amount of water is also reduced, and these are conducive to environmental protection; the added saponin powder, the added guar gum and the added organic acid are natural plant extracts, the montmorillonite powder is a natural mineral, only a small amount of the emulsifier and the dispersant are added, and the environmental protection performance is thus good. The dyeing accelerant not only is environmental-friendly and water saving, but also has good dyeing effect, is applied in the silk-cotton blended fabric, and has high color uniformity, soaping resistance and high color fastness.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing, in particular to a dye accelerator for printing and dyeing silk-cotton blended fabrics and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Cotton fiber occupies an important position in the textile industry, accounting for about 65% of the total fiber production. The most important and potential dyes currently used in cotton fiber dyeing are reactive dyes. Reactive dyes are covalently bonded to cotton fibers, which fundamentally solves the problem of poor wet fastness of dyed fibers. At the same time, because reactive dyes have the advantages of complete chromatogram, bright color, simple application process, strong applicability, and relatively cheap price, it has become the dye with the largest output and output value among the dyes for cotton fiber in recent years. In the traditional reactive dyeing process, a large amount of sodium chloride or sodium sulfate ...
