The antiskid light-reflecting layer is formed by mixing antiskid aggregate and light-reflecting aggregate, and the light-reflecting aggregate is silicon carbide. The invention further discloses a construction method of the light-reflecting ultrathin layer. The construction method includes the steps that (1) the road surface to be reformed is polished in a shot blasting mode, laitance and impurities on the road surface are cleaned away, and the road surface is kept clean and dry; (2) adhesive is laid on the road surface through an automatic spreading vehicle, and the adhesive is leveled to be 2-3 mm thick; (3) the antiskid aggregate and the light-reflecting aggregate of which the mass ratio is 4:1-3:1 are evenly mixed and then scattered on the surface of the adhesive, and compaction molding is achieved by means of the self-weight of the antiskid aggregate and the light-reflecting aggregate; and (4) the adhesive is cured and molded after 4-6 hours at normal temperature, and the light-reflecting ultrathin layer can be opened to traffic after loose face sand on the surface of the light-reflecting ultrathin layer is cleaned away completely.
