Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a molecular imprinting sensor for detecting melamine. The concrete preparation method comprises that a molecular imprinting sensor response to target molecule is prepared on the surface of an electrode through a chemical polymerization method by using dopamine, aniline, pyrrole or aminophenol as a functional monomer, using methyl methacrylate, trimethylolpropane-tris(3-aziridinylpropanoate) or glutaraldehyde as a cross-linking agent, using azobisisobutyronitrile or benzoyl peroxide as an initiator, using melamine as the target molecule, and using Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles as a signal enhancer. According to the present invention, the molecular imprinting sensor prepared through the method is used for rapidly and effectively detecting the melamine content in food, and provides rapid and specific selective response to melamine adopted as the target molecule, wherein the sensitivity of the sensor is significantly enhanced in the presence of the signal enhancer.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field, in particular to the field of food and chemical industry, and in particular to a method for preparing a molecularly imprinted sensor for detecting melamine. Background technique [0002] The detection methods of melamine residues in feed and food are currently limited to high performance liquid chromatography-diode array method, gas-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method, ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray tandem mass spectrometry, reversed-phase high efficiency Liquid chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), high performance liquid chromatography quadrupole mass spectrometry, solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography, liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS), etc. The common problem of these methods is high cost and complicated pretreatment, and they have cumbersome operation, long analysis time, and not suitable for repeated processing of mu...
