The present invention provides a fungicidal composition containing isopyrazam and metrafenone, wherein the composition contains two effective components A and B, the active component A is isopyrazam and the active component B is metrafenone, and a weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1:30-30:1. The present invention further provides a preparation method and uses of the composition. According to the present invention, the test results show that the fungicidal composition has the remarkable synergetic effect, importantly has advantages of application amount reducing and use cost reducing, and can effectively prevent and control a variety of specific fungal diseases of crops; and the fungicides having different action mechanisms and different action modes are compounded, such that the application amounts of each single-agent are effectively reduced, and the good effects are provided in the fields of expanding of the bactericidal spectrum, the delaying of the resistance of fungi, the improvement of prevention and control effects, and the like.
