The mat glaze is composed of albite, A-200 frit, quartz, spodumene, wollastonite, zinc oxide, alumina powder, bauxite, Jiepai porcelain clay, barium carbonate, A-8 frit, high-boron frit, manganese carbonate, calcite and titanium oxide. The manufacturing method comprises the steps that the components are subjected to wet process ball milling according to a certain proportion, and the glaze is sieved through a 120-mesh sieve after ball milling and then prepared into a glaze slurry with the concentration being 45-50 baume degrees; and a green body with the smooth surface is immersed into the glaze, a glaze layer is 0.4-0.6 mm thick, the green body is placed into a roller kiln to be fired under an oxidizing atmosphere of 1180-1200 DEG C after the glaze layer is dried, the firing period is 4-5 h, the high-temperature heat-preservation time is 0.5-1 h, and finally the fired green body is naturally cooled to the room temperature.
