Abstract

The laser beam-splitting method comprises the steps as follows: an output end of the laser output assembly emits linearly polarized light; the linearly polarized light is transmitted to the laser beam-splitting unit; the first half-wave plate deploys the linearly polarized light and then transmits the linearly polarized light to the polarization selection beam splitter; the polarization selection beam splitter divides the linearly polarized light deployed by the first half-wave plate into two laser branch beams; and the two laser branch beams are collected into the corresponding optical fiber couplers respectively and are output to a processing station focusing lens through coupling of the optical fiber couplers. According to the laser beam-splitting system and method, laser energy of the laser branch beams can relatively change continuously, so that power adjustment on a beam-splitting light path is achieved and adjustment is simple and fast.
