Embodiment
[0028] The single-pixel photon counting three-dimensional imaging system of the present invention based on multi-resolution wavelet approximation selects PicoQuant's LDH series 830nm wavelength pulse laser as the structured light source, which has 4mW average emission power, 10MHz pulse repetition frequency and 300ps pulse width. The DMD used is the Vialux ALP 4.2 series, with 1024×768 resolution and 4G on-chip memory, and the maximum flip frequency of the micromirror is about 22.7kHz. In this embodiment, the integration time is set to 1 ms. The projection lens and imaging lens of the projection lens are respectively 50mm and 35mm Nikon standard lenses. The single photon detector uses Hamamatsu H7422P-50 photon counting PMT. The narrow band filter has a transmission wavelength width of 10nm. TCSPC is PicoHarp300 of PicoQuant Company.
[0029] Such as Figure 4 As shown in (a), the target scene is composed of cardboard with letters "NJ", "U", and "ST", and a black rubber pad b...
