Problems solved by technology

The aggravation of environmental pollution, the deposition of dirt on the surface of high-voltage external insulation equipment, under the action of meteorological conditions such as fog, dew, drizzle, melting ice, and melting snow, reduces the electric strength of the external insulation of power transmission, which may cause the high-voltage external insulation equipment to be in operation. Pollution flashover accidents occur under voltage, which makes the transmission line unable to operate safely and reliably
[0005] Therefore, how to effectively avoid the occurrence of pollution flashover accidents must be considered when selecting transmission line routes to effectively avoid pollution sources or polluted areas. Existing technical means usually use equivalent salt density and gray density for testing natural pollution. To characterize the pollution degree of the environment, the method is single and the accuracy is low, and it cannot fully reflect the pollution severity of the line path and the impact on the external insulation of the transmission line

Embodiment Construction

[0028] The present invention is described in detail below:

[0029] A transmission line route selection method based on pollutant composition analysis, comprising the following steps:

[0030] Step 1: Select points to hang insulators in the area where the line is going to pass through, and collect natural pollution;

[0031] In the DC line, the umbrella type of the insulator is the DC standard type (bell type), and its mechanical strength is 210kN or 160kN. In some monitoring points, composite insulators can be used at the same time. Composite insulator products with umbrella structure. For details, see Q / GDW 1152.2-2014 "Power System Pollution Classification and External Insulation Selection Standard Part 2 DC System".

[0032] For AC lines, see Appendix A of Q / GDW 1152.1-2014 "Power System Pollution Classification and External Insulation Selection Standard Part 1 AC System".

[0033] Therefore, the suspended insulators, can be standard insulators, or the same insulators t...

Abstract

The invention discloses a filth component analysis-based path selection method for a power transmission line. The method comprises the steps of selecting points for suspending insulators from a proposed via area of the line and carrying out collection of natural filths; testing equivalent salt deposit density and dust density of the natural filths; carrying out soluble ion component analysis on the natural filths; selecting corresponding salts to combine with kieselguhr according to ion component analysis results to form simulated filths; coating a certain area of composite insulator surfaces with quantitative simulated filths to detect the hydrophobicity and the hydrophobicity transference; and coating a certain area of composite insulator surfaces with the quantitative simulated filths and carrying out flashover test on a test specimen to obtain flashover voltage. The hydrophobicity detection results and the filth flashover voltage results of the filths in different sections are compared, the filth which has relatively high hydrophobicity and relatively high filth flashover voltage is selected, and the section with the filth is the recommended via area of the line. According to the filth component analysis-based path selection method for the power transmission line, the pollution degree of the line path can be comprehensively evaluated and the operation reliability of the line is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electric power technology, in particular to a method for selecting a transmission line route based on analysis of pollutant components. Background technique [0002] Path selection and survey are the key points in the design of the entire transmission line, and the rationality of the scheme plays an important role in the economic, technical indicators, construction and operating conditions of the line. It is necessary to reasonably shorten the path length and reduce line investment, but also to ensure that the line is safe, reliable, and easy to operate. [0003] Air pollutants refer to those substances that are discharged into the atmosphere due to human activities or natural processes and have harmful effects on the environment or people. The combustion process of fuel (coal, oil, natural gas, etc.) is an important source of pollutants delivered to the atmosphere. The composition of pollutants discharged from p...
