Embodiment 8

[0051] Therapeutic effect of tea oil nanoemulsion on dermatitis and eczema;

[0052] (1) Experimental animals: Hartley guinea pigs, adult healthy males, weighing 250-300 g, 40 in total, the animal groups are shown in Table 4.

[0053] (2) Establishment of the animal dermatitis eczema model: shear the hair in the range of 3cm×4cm on the back of the guinea pig, and apply 100 μL of 7% dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) acetone camellia oil solution on the depilated part of the guinea pig for the first time to sensitize it, and repeat after 24 hours Operate once. On the fifth, eighth, eleventh, and fourteenth days of the experiment, 50 μL of 1% DNCB solution was applied to the depilated parts of the guinea pigs for stimulation.

[0054] (3) Experimental process: In order to compare the potency of tea oil nanoemulsion with the positive drug (hydrocortisone) and its prototype (tea oil), a positive group, a negative group, a tea oil nanoemulsion group, and a high-dose tea oil group were set ...

Abstract

The invention relates to camellia oil nano-emulsion and a preparation method thereof. Each 1000 mL of camellia oil nano-emulsion comprises the following components: 1 to 140 g of camellia oil, 1 to 250 g of oil phase, 1 to 140 g of an emulsifier, 1 to 140 g of a co-emulsifier, 1 to 50 g of an antioxidant and the balance of ultrapure water, wherein the total volume is 1000 mL and the average grain size is less than 100 nanometers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of the oil phase: weighing the camellia oil, the emulsifier, the oil phase and the antioxidant, mixing, and heating and stirring at 37+/-3 DEG C to obtain the oil phase; and (2) preparation of the camellia oil nano-emulsion: under the condition of continuously heating, dropwise adding the ultrapure water into the oil phase while stirring until the oil phase is clear and transparent or blue opalescence occurs to obtain nano-emulsion. After the camellia oil nano-emulsionis prepared, the mechanical stability of the camellia oil is improved, the bioavailability of the camellia oil is improved and the curative effect is enhanced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical preparations, in particular to a camellia oil nanoemulsion and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Camellia oleifera seed oil, commonly known as camellia oil, is a pure natural high-grade edible vegetable oil extracted from the mature seeds of common camellia oleifera of the Theaceae Camellia plant. Camellia oil is edible, medicinal and used as an auxiliary material, such as being included as medicinal oil in the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" (can be used as a non-polar solvent for liquid preparations, used to dissolve sterol hormones, oil-soluble vitamins, free alkaloids , volatile oils and aromatic drugs), "Compendium Supplements", "Nongzheng Quanshu", "Zhonghua Materia Medica" and other traditional Chinese medicine classics have recorded that it has the functions of clearing away heat and detoxification, moistening dryness, killing insects, and calming wind. It is used unilatera...
