Before acid pickling is conducted,a mixture with the substance amount ratio of tea saponin to trivalent metal ion alginate being 1: 1 is dropped into an acid pickling tank; the tea saponin is a sugar type compound extracted from seeds of theaceae plants and composed of four parts, namely sapogenin, a sugar body, uronic acid and organic acid; after the tea saponin is mixed with the trivalent metal ion alginate, a film can be formed on the surface of a metal component conveniently; acid liquor is inhibited from continuously corroding the surface of the metal component; the acid pickling temperature is limited to be 40-50 DEG C;and after the metal component is dropped into the acid picking tank, the defects that acid mist generated in the acid pickling process is diffused everywhere, and the workshop environment is pollutedare effectively reduced.
